N. Jakarta Adds 31 RPTRAs This Year

As many as 31 RPTRAs will be constructed in 16 urban villages in North Jakarta this year. The construction will be run by Jakarta Dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building using 2016 city budget.

North Jakarta Sub-dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building, Agus Supriyono, said the construction uses city’s asset.

Krida Serdang RPTRA Construction Reaches 95 PercentAreas to have RPTRA are on Jalan Haji Amsir RW 03 (Sunter Jaya Urban Village), Jalan Bingkesmas RW 04 (Sunter Jaya), Jalan Agung Permai RW 11 (Sunter Agung), Taman Jalan Kelapa Nias IX RT 08/15 (Pegangsaan Dua), Kebun/Balai Pembibitan Jalan Kamal Muara Raya RT 07/01 (Kamal Muara), Jalan Vikamas Barat 6 RT 03, 04 and 05/03 (Kapuk Muara), and Jalan Ancol Barat RT 06/01 (Ancol Urban Village).
Agus added that the planning is delivered in Governor Decree No. 1265/2016 about appointment of city’s asset as RPTRA.
